Industrial and office
On show will be a seven-hatch version of our Rotopoint carousel for automated inventory management, showcasing our asset management workflow routines. Scalable to 10 units per system, the Rotopoint can provide up to 7020 secure locations managed and controlled by powerful software. The Rotopoint is ideal for PPE, MRO, and metal cutting applications; multiple compartments can be used to manage large volumes of stock efficiently.
Each item has a serial number or barcode, which is scanned on loading into a locker. Users have to scan them again to remove them, with a date/time stamp. Any discrepancies are automatically emailed to a supervisor. The oldest items are dispensed first, to ensure even wear across all units.
Alongside will be our ModuloGen2 high-capacity vending drawer solution to meet the unpredictable challenges of logistics and supply chain management. Multiple drawers can be selected in one transaction, minimizing the time required to manage large volumes of stock. This incrementally indexing unit only allows users to withdraw the number of items they are authorized for.
The ModuloGen2 will have a single-column locker attached; this will include three weighing scale compartments, so small-sized components like washers can be rapidly dispensed by weight.
Retail and distributor
We will also feature our brand-new Click and Collect vending system designed for retailers and distributors to load with incoming orders ready for pickup. The vendor emails or texts the customer when the purchase is ready and provides a barcode. The customer scans the barcode to retrieve their purchase - even outside opening hours, and with minimal waiting time.
Although originally developed for retail applications, this system also has potential for workplace applications.
